Whether you are an existing customer or completely new to the Cirrus Assessment platform, Cirrus Customer Success is here to help you. Our product in large part is self explanatory, and we offer online documentation on these pages. You can:

The way our Support works

At Cirrus we work together with our clients on getting the most out of e-assessments. 

We train super-users at every single one of our customers. They coordinate and handle support for their own organisation, sometimes in conjunction with one of our partners. 

Our Customer Success department is available for all who need help. However, trained registered users will receive help according to our Terms & Services.

If you are a registered user, please do not hesitate to mail support@cirrusassessment.com or sign in to see your organisations activities and requests.

Knowledge at your fingertips

As an author, marker or admin or any non-candidate user you have direct access to our knowledge base from within the application:

  • Direct access to our knowledgebase: simply type in what you are looking for
  • Scroll down to open an article your reading on a new tab in your browser
  • Click 'Contact' to register a ticket with our support
