At Cirrus we work together with our clients on getting the most out of e-assessments.
We train super-users at every single one of our customers. They coordinate and handle support for their own organisation, sometimes in conjunction with one of our partners.
Our Customer Success department is available for all who need help. However, trained registered users will receive help according to our Terms & Services.
As an author, marker or admin or any non-candidate user you have direct access to our knowledge base from within the application:
