Know issue - attempt generation

Cirrus Assessment Support Team -

We have received reports that some exam attempts fail to generate.  

The work-around for this is to reschedule the attempt, until the issue has been resolved. 

You can check if the attempts have been successfully generated by viewing the invigilation (proctoring in US English) screen. The number of attempts generated should be equal to the number of enrolled candidates if they have 1 attempt.
