August 6-7, 2019 - Known issue - slow loading of some screens - SOLVED

Our monitoring showed some irregularities in processing. We are investigating and will update as soon as we know more. For users this can but does not have to manifest itself as slow loading screens. Keep an eye out here for updates.

We restarted the processing servers, but it was also decided to put a hot-fix in place which temporarily disables the use of sections in blueprints. This means loading is back to normal, though using huge blueprints will still mean longer loading times.

The team is continuing to work on refactoring generation of attempts and will restore the use of sections in blueprints at the earliest point possible.

April 23, 2019 - Known issue - attempt generation - SOLVED

We have received reports that some exam attempts fail to generate.  

The work-around for this is to reschedule the attempt, until the issue has been resolved. 

You can check if the attempts have been successfully generated by viewing the invigilation (proctoring in US English) screen. The number of attempts generated should be equal to the number of enrolled candidates if they have 1 attempt.
